| Willem Venter Qualifications: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder; Chartered Accountant (SA); Fellow Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA); M Com (Finance) Willem Venter joined Prescient Securities at the start of 2007 as head of the Equities Division, with responsibility for equity research and trading. At the start of November 2007 he was appointed CEO. Willem acquired his grounding in stockbroking at UBS, an international investment bank, as the banks' South African platinum equity analyst. His working experience has broadly been in the field of finance. Willem started his working career in 1995 as an audit clerk with Deloitte and Touche. He has also worked at the University of Johannesburg lecturing finance at honours and masters degree level, the Industrial Development Corporation of SA as a project financier, and Pebble Bed Modular Reactor (Pty) Ltd as manager in the office of the CEO. |

| Cheree Dyers Cheree joined Prescient Securities in September 2007 as part of Willie Venter’s equity research team. She was previously employed at Prescient Investment Management as Head of Finance and Risk Management and served on the board of Directors. Cheree also worked in London for more than two years in the investment banking sector for Credit Suisse First Boston, Salomon Smith Barney and Banque Paribas. On her return to SA, she completed her post-graduate studies and joined KPMG in 2002 where she completed her articles in the financial services division and worked as an audit supervisor after completing her training contract. She has a Bachelor of Business Science (Honours) degree in Marketing, a B.Com degree and post-graduate diploma in Accounting, all from UCT. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in South Africa and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. |

Stephen Heath Stephen joined Prescient in May 2006 as an Equities Trader after having graduated from The University of Cape Town with a Bcom, majoring in Economics and Finance. He has since moved from the equities desk into Research as an analyst under Willie Venter and is currently studying towards his CFA. |

| Mpho Matlala Mpho joined Prescient Securities in June 2009 as an analyst. After graduating from The University of Cape Town with a Bcom HONS (FAPM), he joined Sanlam Investment Management in the Global Investment Team as part of the graduate program. After two years he joined Vunani Securities as a Trainee Analyst covering the food sector. He completed two years at Vunani Securities and is now part of the research team under Willie Venter and is currently studying towards his CFA. |

| Mish-al Emeran Mish-al joined Prescient Securities as an Equity Derivatives Dealer in November 2005. In 2010 Mish-Al took on a new role as an equities analyst in the research team. He has 5 years experience in the investment industry since graduating from UCT with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Science in December 2001. He spent 2002 gaining experience as a research analyst at Edge Multi-Management where he was responsible for portfolio attribution analysis and equity dealing. Mish-al then joined Symmetry Multi-Management as a Research Analyst. |
